Manage your Programme's logos and colour in the new "Branding & Colours" page

The Branding & Colours page is now available for SmartHub Administrators via the new "Manage my Programme" section in Reward Manager (Administration Portal).

The page allows you to change the main colour scheme of your Programme as well as both your Programme and Company logo.

Your Programme logo appears in the header of your Platform and in the header of your Administration Portal, and in other areas like email communications with your members. Your Company logo appears in the footer of your Platform. The main Programme colour appears in your Platform's navigation bar, the Icons and other areas within SmartHub.

How can you change your Programme colour?

The colour editor allows you to change the main colour of your platform in 2 ways:

• Via HEX colour codes and RGB colour codes
• Or via a colour picker

To change the colour via HEX or RGB codes simple type or copy and paste the values in the relevant fields. 

Note: there are restrictions in place, to ensure that the values entered in the colour fields are accurate.

The colour picker comprises of two elements: 

1.  A colour slider, that allows you to select the hue of your colour
2. A square colour range, where you can pick the saturation or lightness of your colour

To change the colour using the colour picker, use the hue bar and colour range selectors until you reach the required colour.

And always remember to click Save to publish your changes! You can also Discard changes, to start again.

How can you change your Programme or Company logo?

You will find two versions of both your Programme and Company or Brand logo:

• An SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) version
• And a JPEG or PNG version, 1050 x 300 pixels

Note: Both versions are required and essential for the optimal experience of your members!

In order to change a logo, all you have to Replace any image that is currently in place by either dragging & dropping your new file or browsing and selecting it from your computer. 

A preview will instantly appear to verify your action. When you are happy with your changes, click Save! You can also Discard changes, to start again.

Note: If any version of the logos is currently missing, an empty placeholder image will appear in their place.

What if I need to just delete a logo?

You can delete a logo by clicking the remove logo button. Please note that this action takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. 

Note: In order to ensure the optimal experience for your members you should add replacement logos as soon as possible!
