Introduction
Employee Communications alerts are an extremely valuable comms channel that saves employees the time to personally find out everything communications related that is happening on the platform that affects them.
We deliver onsite, email, browser and mobile alerts so that employees never miss out on important updates.
Note
- If a member opens an onsite alert before the email alert is sent, they will not receive the email alert.
- Onsite alerts are the only type that cannot be switched off by the employee.
- Authors will always be notified after they publish a blog post.
- Administrators cannot control who does or doesn't receive alerts. Alerts preferences are managed by the employee personally via /AlertCenter/Preferences.
- The content of the alerts is not editable by the administrator.
