Introduction
This guide explains how a member can remove or disable their existing Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) method. This is usually done when a member needs to update their MFA details or method.
Note: MFA is highly recommended as an extra security measure to ensure your account stays safe.
Remove Multi-factor Authentication
1. Log in to your account
2. From the Homepage, select Account and then My Account
3. Select Security Centre on the left-hand side
From the Security Centre page:
4. Select Remove (next to multi-factor authentication)
5. On the following page, select Disable
When successful, you’ll see the following message:
Select Back to Security Centre to return to your account security page.
