About This Article
This article introduces the Admin Portal Homepage Dashboard, including the layout of the dashboard as well as which Tiles you would see based on Programme Type, and the Roles the logged-in user has assigned to them.
It also includes steps on how to personalize your default Homepage Dashboard by configuring the Tiles in Edit Mode.
Admin Portal Homepage Dashboard
The new Admin Portal Homepage Dashboard allows you to quickly view insights and pending actions, presented as Tiles on the page:
Tiles and Permission Requirements
Below you can find a list of which Tiles are currently included, and the Roles which are required to view them.
Quick Links
Description: This Tile contains Admin Portal pages that you have favorited. You can add any page by clicking on the star icon included within their breadcrumb navigation, and have a maximum of four pages in Quick Links. Also included is your Last Visited page from every session.
Roles: No specific role required
Programme Type: All types
Note: You can add any Admin Portal page to Quick Links by:
1. Clicking on the Star button included within their breadcrumb navigation:
2. Selecting Add:
Pages can be removed by either:
- Deselecting the Star button
- In Edit Mode of the Homepage Dashboard, by clicking the trash icon next to the Quick Link
Platform Insights
Description: Another Entry Point to your Platform Insights, as already available within your Programme’s SmartHub, allowing you to access without switching from Admin Portal to SmartHub.
Roles: Reports Viewer
Programme Type: All types
Registered & Activated Members
Description: This Tile includes the activation rate of your members, the number of Registered Members that have not yet activated their account, and a link to resend Registration (Welcome) Emails to them.

Roles: Member Access Control Administrator
Programme Type: Employer programmes with Preloaded Registration criteria
Note: Members must have an email address within our system.
Admin Access Requests
Description: Tile contains the number of pending Admin Portal access requests, that is Admin permissions that have been requested for assignment to your members, and a link to review and action them within the Task Manager (see How To Manage Admin Portal Access Requests).
Roles: Permissions Manager
Programme Type: All
Note: Admin Access/Permissions management is a two-step process, unless the admin user assigning the permissions has both Member Access Control Administrator and Permission Manager roles.
Member Requests
Description: Tile contains the number of pending Member access requests, that is both MFA Unlock and Reset requests that have been submitted by your members.
Roles: Member Access Control Administrator, 2FA Access Administrator
Programme Type: All
File Manager
Description: This Tile contains a count of new Files uploaded in your File Manager, and a link to the Downloads section.
Roles: Generic File Receiver, File Sender
Programme Type: All
Note: A new file is defined as a file that has been downloaded locally by clicking the Download button.
Help Centre
Description: A link to the Help Center, where you can find product documentation for all areas of the platform.
Roles: No specific role required
Programme Type: All
Reward Gateway Blog
Description: A link to the Reward Gateway Blog, for the latest news from Reward Gateway.
Roles: No specific role required
Programme Type: All
Notes: Content available within UK, AUS, & US.
Edit Mode
You can further personalize your default Homepage Dashboard by:
1. Selecting Switch to Edit Mode:
2. In Edit Mode, you can click on the 3-dot menu of each Tile to:
- Resize the tile - pick from Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large sizes
- Move the tile - by selecting Move tile left or Move tile right (which will swap tiles it with the next or previous one)
