SmartTech™ - FAQs - What Happens if I Leave Before the End of the Payment Period? (for UK only)

If you leave before the end of the payment period, you must pay your employer the outstanding amount and this will be deducted from your final net pay.

If you have an outstanding amount that is more than your final net pay, please contact your employer to arrange a payment plan.

If your account has been revoked, you'll still need to repay any outstanding SmartTech balance, even if you haven't spent or used your SmartTech voucher. Unused vouchers cannot be refunded once your account has been revoked.

Please note any non-payment of outstanding may result in County Court Judgement.
