As long as they are providing us with the correct Line Manager data, the following alerts will be enabled automatically, with no further configuration:
- Alert when a direct report receives an eCard, InstantAward™, or approved award nomination. The alert will link to the recognition story, so managers can see it and add a comment if they wish to extend the celebrations!
- Weekly reminder to send recognition, sent every Friday to managers who have not sent recognition through the engagement platform in the previous week
