Admin Portal - How To Use the Image Library

Introduction

This article explains how you can use the Image library tool for your eCards and Reward images. This information is useful to global business units.

Prerequisites

The Image library tool can be seen by client admins with the Ecard Manager, RR admin, RR Scheme Admin, RR Budget Holder, or Instant Awards Owner (all roles that give access to ecards and reward programs editing) roles.

There is no need for the admin to have all roles to be able to see it, but they need at least one to have access to the Manage section for ecards/awards.

Where To Find the Image Library 

You can find the library in all sections of the admin portal that are tied to editing or creating an award. The button for the image library will always show on the top-right side of the screen. Here are a few example pathways: Reward Manager > eCards > Administer > Select a category > Manage

Reward Manager > RewardRecognition > Administer > View programme for your IA/Nominations/AFP > Manage awards

How To Use the Image Library

When you click on the button, you will be presented with various options.

1. Standard cards – This option is for your everyday greetings and anniversaries. Once you for this option, you will be presented with choices for the design of the card and the event.

2. Seasonal – The cards there will be relevant to the time of year and you will be able to choose from a variety of options. (ex. Easter, New Years, etc.)

How To Download an Image

Once you have selected the card you want to download, simply click on it. This will open a new window from which you can download the card through right-click of your mouse and save as.

How To Upload the Card on the Platform

When you download the card you like, it will save onto your device. Uploading it as the image for your award or eCard is easy – you can browse your device storage and select the file from there.

Additional Information

• There is no restriction on number of eCards you can download – you can download all the images you would like to use.
• You do not need to resize the image after downloading. All images on the Image library are already the exact size needed by our award programs. (3300 x 2100 pixels)
• The team updates the library regularly with seasonal cards.
