What is the Healthcare Cash Plan?
A Healthcare Cash Plan is an insurance policy, allowing employees to claim money back towards the cost of their essential healthcare. Their cover will lessen the impact of unexpected healthcare costs such as prescription glasses, eye tests, dental check-ups and essential physiotherapy.
How does the Healthcare Cash Plan work?
We work exclusively with Westfield Health, one of the UK’s largest, non-profit Healthcare Cashplan providers. They offer employees two levels of cover to choose from: Regular Cover for optical and dental care, private consultations and therapy treatments, or Regular Cover+ Hospital Treatment Insurance to include 60 non-urgent surgical procedures.
No excess. Employees will be reimbursed for 100% of their treatment, up to their claim limit.
The Healthcare Cash Plan is low-cost, enabling access to all employees. Regular Cover is available for £10 per month and Regular Cover+ Hospital Treatment Insurance is only £14.85 per month.
