- Click the Write with AI button next to the text field
- Review the AI-generated suggestion that appears in the Recognition Coach modal
- Customize the suggestion (Optional):
- Click the wand icon to switch between Friendly, Professional, or Celebratory
- Click the wand icon to make the message shorter or longer
- Click the wand icon to convert the message to another language
- Click the regenerate icon to get a different version of the suggestion
- Provide feedback by clicking thumbs up or thumbs down (optional)
- Click Insert to add the suggestion to your recognition text field
- Review and edit the inserted text if desired – add personal touches or make any final adjustments
