The Recognition Coach is an AI-powered writing assistant built directly into the web platform that helps you craft thoughtful recognition messages for your colleagues. Instead of struggling with writer's block or spending time perfecting your message, the Recognition Coach takes your initial thoughts and transforms them into polished, heartfelt recognition.

AI-Powered Suggestions

Generate polished recognition messages based on your initial draft (minimum 50 symbols). The AI understands your intent and helps you express it more clearly and thoughtfully.

Tone Customization

Choose from three tone options to match your relationship with the recipient and the nature of the recognition:

• Friendly – Warm and casual, perfect for peer recognition
• Professional – Polished and formal, ideal for cross-functional or senior recognition
• Celebratory – Enthusiastic and upbeat, great for major achievements

Length Adjustment

Adjust the length of your message to suit your needs – make it more concise for quick appreciation or more detailed for significant contributions.

Translation

Translate your recognition message into six supported languages: English, French, Spanish, Dutch, German, and Italian. This helps you recognize colleagues across global teams in their preferred language.

Writing Recognition 

Follow these simple steps to use the Recognition Coach on the web platform:

1. Log in to the web platform and navigate to the recognition feature
2. Select the colleague you want to recognize
3. Start writing your draft in the recognition text field – you need at least 50 characters for the Recognition Coach to work
4. Click the Write with AI button next to the text field
5. Review the AI-generated suggestion that appears in the Recognition Coach modal
6.  Customize the suggestion (Optional):
   • Click the wand icon to switch between Friendly, Professional, or Celebratory
   • Click the wand icon to make the message shorter or longer
   • Click the wand icon to convert the message to another language
   • Click the regenerate icon to get a different version of the suggestion
7. Provide feedback by clicking thumbs up or thumbs down (optional)
8. Click Insert to add the suggestion to your recognition text field
9. Review and edit the inserted text if desired – add personal touches or make any final adjustments
10. Send your recognition as you normally would

Privacy Note: The recipient will not see any indication that you used AI assistance. The recognition appears as a standard message from you.

• Review and personalize: Use suggestions as a starting point and add your own personal touch.
• Try regenerating: If the first suggestion doesn't feel right, generate a new one.

No. The Recognition Coach only assists with drafting text and does not perform actions in other systems. It is purely a content creation tool that helps refine recognition messages. The user remains in control of the final recognition message.
