All Instant Vouchers and Reloadable cards distributed via Reward Gateway follow the expiry conditions of the respective retailer supplying them. 

Instant Vouchers

Information can be found in the General Terms & Conditions on each platform as shown in the video below. 

All Instant Vouchers have expiration dates/periods set by the retailer in question. You can view vouchers by going to Account > Instant Vouchers > View.

Some vouchers have set dates shown on the voucher itself, others state a period of validity since the purchase date and others don’t expire. For example, here are two examples of IKEA and Currys vouchers.
