Hidden eCards are eCards that have been set up on the client's platform, but are not available for employees to send from the website. They can be included in the R62 report through a dedicated filter.
There are three main reasons why clients may have Hidden eCards:
- eCards have been created and added to the platform, but the client prefers to launch them to employees at a later date.
- eCards that were previously available to employees are no longer in use. They remain saved on the platform so the client can choose to activate them again at a later stage.
- eCards are not available for employees to send each other, but have been scheduled to go out to all users with a message from the company (e.g. on every employee's birthday).
