Overview

To ensure full legal compliance, we will be removing all Trademark (™) and Registered ® symbols from our content on Zendesk.

Context

During a recent review of how these symbols are being used at Reward Gateway, it became clear that some were applied to terms that have not been officially registered with a trademark office. To use these symbols correctly, we must have the appropriate documentation verifying their registration status.

Going Forward

Whenever the Knowledge Team encounter either of these symbols, they will be removed. If you believe an exception should be made, please contact the Knowledge Team and provide the necessary documentation to confirm the term’s registration status. This will allow us to ensure all usage remains legally compliant going forward.
