Introduction
This article explains the end-to-end purchase experience for card-based purchases in the Engage app. It covers the process from basket to checkout. This article is useful to anyone who is making a purchase via the Engage App.
Purchasing via the Engage App
Follow the steps below to complete a purchase:
- The member should begin by navigating to the Discounts section, where all available offers are listed. Click on Explore Discounts
From there, they should locate the retailer they are interested in and browse the available products for that retailer.
- Once a suitable product has been selected, the member should add the product to their basket.
- After adding it, they should proceed to the basket page to review their selection and ensure everything is correct before continuing.
- From the basket, the member should click on checkout, which will take them to the payment stage.
- At this point, they should select the option to pay with a card, and then carefully enter their card details in the required fields.
- Finally, once all payment information has been entered and reviewed, the member should click on Pay to complete the transaction.
- After the payment is successfully processed, the member will receive a successful payment confirmation message, indicating that the purchase has been completed.
