Why don't I see certain types of content in my search results?
Search results are based on the products activated for your scheme. If you don't see blog articles, rewards, or wellbeing content, those products may not be available to you.
How does the search work?
The search function looks through titles, keywords, and body content in real-time as you type. It uses keyword matching to find the most relevant results based on your query.
What is fuzzy matching and how does it help me?
Fuzzy matching is our autocorrect feature that recognizes when you've misspelled a word and automatically shows you results for the corrected version. This means you'll still get relevant results even if you make a typo.
How many recent searches are saved?
The app stores your last 5 search queries. When you perform a 6th search, the oldest query is automatically removed from your history.
Can I clear all my recent searches at once?
Yes, you can clear all recent searches by tapping the Remove button in the recent searches section.
How do I see more search results?
Simply scroll down through the results. The app uses infinite scroll, which automatically loads more results as you reach the bottom of the page. Keep scrolling until you find what you're looking for.
What are trending retailers and why do I see them?
Trending retailers are popular or frequently accessed retailers among members of your scheme. They appear before you start searching to help you discover popular offers and deals that other employees are using.
I searched for a retailer I know exists, but it's not showing up. Why?
There are a few possible reasons:
- The retailer may not be available in your specific scheme
- Try using the exact retailer name or alternative spellings
- The retailer may be temporarily unavailable
- Contact support if you believe the retailer should be available
What should I do if I get no results?
If your search returns no results:
- Check your spelling and try again
- Try using different or simpler keywords
