Introduction
This article explains how members can find all of their sent and received recogntion, using the My Recognition option in their engagement platform. My Recognition is designed to make recognition simpler, clearer, and easier to manage bringing together everything you need into one unified view.
About 'My Recognition'
Previously, different types of recognition (such as eCards and awards) were accessed from separate areas of the platform, which could be confusing.
My Recognition is our latest improvement, bringing all recognition moments into one unified space. It allows you to easily view:
- Recognition you have received
- Recognition you have sent
- Both monetary and non-monetary awards
How To Find My Recognition
- Log in to your engagement platform
- Navigate to the Account section
- Scroll to the Recognition and Reward area
- Select My Recognition
What You Can See in My Recognition
When you open My Recognition, you will be taken to a dedicated page displaying all your recognition activity in one place.
Received
In the Received section, you can view recognition you have received, including:
- Whether the recognition is Private
- The type/name of recognition
- Sender’s name
- Date sent
- Any monetary value or points attached
You can click View to open and see full details of each recognition.
Sent
In the Sent section, you can review all recognition you have sent to others.
Click View on the recogniton, to see more details.
eCards (non-monetary)
On the detailed page you can:
- See the recipient, message, and sent date
- See comments and reactions
- Go back to My Recognition
- Send recognition moments by clicking on the Recognise button
Monetary Awards / Nominations
On the detailed page you can see:
- The recognition type
- Whether it was sent privately
- Any points or monetary value attached
- Approval status (if applicable)
On the detailed page (if enabled), you may also see:
- Submission date
- Current status (e.g. Pending, Approved)
- List of approvers
