The My Recognition module consolidates all employee recognition activity—both sent and received—into a single, unified inbox/outbox. Previously, recognition history was fragmented across separate eCard inboxes and My Awards views, causing limited visibility and tracking difficulties. By unifying these streams, My Recognition provides a clear, centralized place for all recognition types, including eCards, Instant Awards, and Nominations.

The My Recognition hub introduces several distinct functional capabilities:

• Unified Inbox & Outbox
  Consolidates all sent and received recognition history across all platform award types—including eCards, Instant Awards, Nominations, Scheduled Recognition, AwardFilePlus, On the Spot, Customer Recognition, and Boost.

• Real-Time Approval & Status Tracking
  Provides explicit status indicators for sent nominations (e.g., Pending Review, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled), enabling senders to monitor progress and identify assigned approvers.

• Detailed Award View
  Offers an expanded view for each recognition entry, presenting the full message content, award values/credits, recipient list, and social engagement history.
