SmartPay Invoice
We have built a useful feature for our clients that allows them to track each SmartPay invoice they've received just by logging in to the SmartPay area of Reward Manager. But what does each invoice status mean? That is what this article will explain.
Both invoices and credit notes follow a three-stage process:
- Draft - Invoice has been generated and is awaiting review by Reward Gateway | Edenred Finance team
- Sent - The Reward Gateway | Edenred Finance team issued the invoice to the client but it is not yet paid by the client
- Paid - The client has paid the invoice
