Harassment and Bullying Support from Health Assured for UK only

Employers now have a legal duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment and create a safe working environment. You can read more about the new protections on the Gov.UK website.

To help our clients during this time, our partner, Health Assured, have provided us with some resources and information to support both our clients and their employees.

You can use this poster to educate employees and managers on the support available via their EAP.

In addition, Health Assured can run small group webinars to support with educating people on sexual harassment and providing them with tools to address this within the workplace. Webinars cost £400 plus VAT, all payments and arrangements are to be made directly with Health Assured. You can read more about the course content here.
