We have built a useful feature for our clients that allows them to track each SmartPay™ invoice they've received just by logging in to the SmartPay™ area of Reward Manager but what does each invoice status mean? that is what this article will explain.
Both invoices and credit notes follow a three-stage process:
- Draft - Invoice has been generated and is awaiting review by Reward Gateway Finance team
- Sent - The Reward Gateway Finance team issued the invoice to the client but it is not yet paid by the client
- Paid - The client has paid the invoice
