The Engage app allows employees to access some of their benefits and discounts anytime and on the go.
This article aims to explain the process of logging into the app once you've downloaded it from the App Store or Play Store. Information contained in this article is useful for members as well as our Reward Gateway | Edenred support teams.
Steps To Log In and Authenticate
Step 1: Click on Sign-in button
Step 2: Enter the email address
This must be the registered email address on the account. This is so we can identify their account and prepare them for authentication process.
Note: Users with multiple programmes will be presented with options to select the programme they wish to authenticate. If the email entered does not match any of the accounts an error message will be presented.
Step 3: Enter the credentials for access
If the programme they are registered to uses local credentials, they will be prompted to enter their password that was set up during the registration process.
If the member cannot remember their password, they can opt to receive a magic code sent to their email by choosing the Send a Magic Code option.
If the user belongs to a programme that does not have local credentials (SSO only), they will be (by default) prompted to enter a magic code that is sent to their registered email address.
Step 4: Authorize the app
After a successful authentication the user must authorize the relevant app access to their details. They must select the Allow option here to proceed into the app.
