Engage - How To Log Into the Engage App

Introduction

This guide covers steps to log in to the Engage app, whether you’re an existing user or new to the platform. With the centralization of all services in one app, users can quickly access Engage using their existing credentials or by activating/registering their account from an employer invitation email. This guide is intended for any employee whose organization uses Engage.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, you’ll need:

• Access to a smartphone or tablet with internet.
• The Engage app downloaded from your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Your company-registered email address.
• Either:
  • Existing account credentials, or
  • A recent invitation email from your employer with an activation or registration link.

Step-by-step Instructions

For Existing Users

1. Download the Engage app:

          > Open your device’s app store

          > Search for Engage App

          > Tap Download or Install

2. Open the Engage app

          > Locate the Enage App icon and tap to launch 

3. Log In

          > Enter your existing username/email and password

          > Tap Log In

4. Access Your Dashboard

          > Explore your Engage features once logged in

For New Users (Activation via Invitation Email)

1. Open Invitation Email

          > Locate the email sent from your employer with an onboarding link

2. Click the Link (On Mobile or Tablet)

          > Tap the activation or registration link in the email 

3. Redirect to App Store

          > If you do not already have the Engage app, you’ll be redirected to the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) 

          > Download and install the Engage App

4. Open the Engage app

          > Once the App is downloaded, tap Engage Icon to open it

5. Register Your Account

          > On the App home screen, tap Register

          > Complete the registration steps: enter your details, set your password, and follow any prompts (such as agreeing to terms and conditions)

          > If your account was pre-created, you may need to set your password and confirm details (follow on-screen instructions)

6. Activate Your Account

          > If required, verify your email address as part of the activation process

          > You may be prompted to complete your profile

7. Log In

          > After registration and activation, enter your email/username and password

          > Tap Log In
