Engage - How To Purchase Reloadable Cards on the Engage App (UK only)

Introduction

It's easy for UK members to make great savings through the Engage App. Discounts members in the UK can purchase Reloadable Cards easily, with a few taps on their mobile device. This guide covers how the purchase process works.

Note: Reloadable Cards are physical cards that will be sent to you by post. 

Purchasing Reloadable Cards

In the Engage app:

> Select Discounts:

> Select Explore Discounts:

The Discounts Marketplace opens, which should look like this:

> Search by selecting the Search icon:

> Type the name of the retailer you want to purchase a Reloadable Card for:

> Select the required retailer/offer from the search options:

> For a Reloadable Card, choose the Select Amount button - under the Instant Reloadable Card offer:

> Enter the amount you would like to have loaded onto the card for the initial purchase:

> Select the Add to Basket button.

The item will be added to the basket, and you will see a screen showing you the amount you need to pay, plus the total saving you are making on the purchase.

> Select Checkout. You can then complete the purchase with one of the payment options.
