Depending on your country, Engage app will provide you with multiple ways to save money at your favourite retailers. This article covers the types of vouchers available on the Engage App. This article is designed for clients and members using Discounts on the app.

Voucher Types

Here is a breakdown of what some of the voucher types are (availability depends on your country):

Instant Digital Vouchers

These are digital gift cards. You choose the exact amount you need, and they are delivered straight to your secure digital wallet in the app.  

For security purposes, these cannot be sent via email.

Instant Reloadable Vouchers

Available for selected merchants, these are digital vouchers you can reload once the balance hits zero. You can top them up manually or set up automatic schedules to repeatedly reuse the same barcode.

Instant Reloadable Cards (physical)

Available for selected merchants and specific countries (like the UK), these products allow you to order a physical card.

Delivery: Once ordered, your physical card will typically arrive in the mail within 1 business day though it can take up more depending on where you live. Once you activate your card, you can manage and top it up directly in the app.

Discount Codes & Cashback

• Discount Codes: These are unique coupon codes. These links will take you outside the app to shop directly on the merchant's website. You can then apply the code at checkout.
• Cashback: Purchases that reward you with a percentage of your total spend back into your app balance.
