Introduction

Welcome to your workplace savings platform! Engage provides you with exclusive discounts on hundreds of global and local retailers. This article covers how to activate and understand your setup of the Engage app. Information contained in this article is useful for clients and members. 

Steps to Activate 

Step 1: Check Your inbox for your welcome email

1. Because Engage is provided as an employee benefit, our implementation team will pre-register you.
2. Look for an invitation email sent to your inbox.
3. Click the registration link to verify your identity and complete your registration.

Step 2: Download the App

The Engage app is available on both iOS and Android. Find the app in your device's store, download it, and sign in (or register) using the login credentials you established during registration.

Understanding Your Setup

• Currencies & Regions: The app automatically reflects the locale, currency, and merchant catalogue agreed upon during the implementation stage.
• Discounts vs. Rewards: If your employer utilises the Rewards Marketplace, any employer-gifted reward points will live in a separate basket compartment from your personal discount purchases. You cannot use reward points to buy discounted vouchers.  
• About My Total Savings & Reward: Once you set up the app, your total savings & reward points will always update accordingly to reflect your live status.
