Engage - How To Delete Used Vouchers on the Engage App

Introduction

It's really easy to remove used vouchers on the Engage App. This guide covers how find and delete your used vouchers.

Please note that once a voucher is deleted, it cannot be retrieved!

How To Find Your Vouchers

Method 1

> From the Home screen, scroll down and select Open Wallet:

> Select Account:

> Select Wallet:

The Wallet will look something like this:

Delete a Used Voucher

> Select the voucher you want to remove:

> Select Delete:

You will be asked to confirm if you wish to delete the voucher. 

Important! Once deleted, the voucher cannot be recovered.
