Onboarding - FAQs - What if a Client Does Not Want To Migrate?

For List+ and Approved by Admin clients, migration is optional. Clients who decline will:

• Remain on their current setup (frozen — no configuration changes possible)
• Not gain access to communication batches
• Not be able to migrate to any other legacy criteria — if they change their mind, the only option remains

Onboarding

There is no current deadline to migrate, but Onboarding is the only path forward if the client decides to make a change later.
