Onboarding - FAQs - Which Clients Does the Onboarding Change Affect?

All clients are affected to some degree:

• Preloaded Members clients: already migrated to Onboarding — no action needed unless they want to add a verification step
• Work Email clients: can be migrated by a CSM without any visible impact to the client or their members
• List+ clients: migration is optional. Clients can choose to migrate or stay on their current setup. Migration requires a membership upload file, and mapping updates since now List+ clients would need to provide either verification field data or an email to migrate.
• Approved by Admin clients: migration is optional but requires changes to the membership upload file mapping. Clients can choose to migrate or stay.
