A verification field is a secondary piece of information (in addition to the member's payroll/employee ID) that the member must enter during registration to confirm their identity. It helps ensure only genuine employees access the scheme.
Available verification fields:
- Job Title, Country, Location, Department, Division
- Department (ent), Division (ent), Organization (ent), Cost Center (ent)
- Date of Birth, Last Name, Postcode, Start Date
Customers can create custom verification fields by creating a custom registration question collected at upload and marked as a required field:
A custom verification field is created via a new registration question marked as a required field and collected at upload.
If no verification field is selected, the scheme operates like a standard Preloaded Members scheme — members can activate their account using their payroll ID and email.
