Onboarding - FAQs - Does Anything Change for Customers Already on Preload Members?

Your scheme is already on Onboarding — no migration is needed. If you'd like to add leverage the full capabilities of Onboarding and preload members with incomplete data (i.e. missing email), you can contact your CSM, who needs to select a suitable verification field from the scheme page.
