Self-registration begins from the login page — members click Register to get access. For self-registration to be available, the Allow Self Registration toggle must be enabled in Reward Manager > Scheme Settings by the CSM.

| List+ variant | Member enters payroll ID + verification field; if it matches an uploaded record, account activates |
| Work Email variant | Member enters their work email; if it matches the scheme's configured pattern, account activates |
| Approved by Admin | Member submits a registration request; an admin approves or rejects it before the account activates |
